Meet Your Coach
Vanessa Thornton MS, RD, LDN, CSP is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatrics, Family Dietitian with 12 years of experience and a mom of two. She is clinically trained in eating disorders, food allergies, pediatric weight management, GI conditions and infancy. Vanessa began to notice the common thread with all of these clients was parental anxiety-- anxiety that there was only one right way to feed kids, that they were doing it wrong or that it was too late to make change. In 2020, she left her clinical role and opened South End Family Nutrition, giving her the ability to treat clients and families with more creativity, individuality and connectivity. She's been happily helping parents 'find their calm' ever since.
