Sometimes, kids veer off track when it comes to healthy eating. This can look like picky eating, sensory issues, power struggles, food refusal, body image concerns and disordered eating. These things happen—it’s how we respond that matters.
The outdated model of bringing children to a nutritionist’s office for a lecture on healthy eating can be intimidating and unhelpful. It often feels overwhelming, dismissive, and shame-inducing for a child.
Instead, I coach parents to create positive, family-focused changes at home. Together, we set goals that improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of your child. We define success by calmer mealtimes, less resistance, more honesty, and healthier relationships with food—not just by how many bites of broccoli your child eats. (Though they’ll start to eat more vegetables, too!)
My Child and Toddler Package Includes:
One 60-minute virtual session with parents and/or caregivers
Two 30-minute follow-up sessions to refine techniques and troubleshoot
